Monument long-term preservation
Protected buildings are witnesses of bygone eras. They stand for a particular architecture or a specific function for many people and have a high emotional value.
Especially in these buildings, time does not pass without a trace. The construction and materials used, both interior and exterior, are often decayed, worn or weakened after decades of use or simple existence.
The Hetzel + Sponheuer GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the professional care and maintenance of many historical buildings. Specially trained engineers and technical teams, mastering both old and new construction techniques and materials, work on these monuments with great care and craftsmanship to allow them to radiate for many years in a new light.

Our motto: First analyze, then act.
To take into account all the requirements and specifications of monument protection, before starting work, a careful analysis and evaluation is done of the existing condition of the building. After the examination, results are evaluated using the latest equipment, an individual concept is created detailing how the damage can be repaired on the respective monument or how such a structure can best be restored. This includes the selection of the procedure and the use of appropriate materials. Close coordination with the relevant historical conservation authority is self-evident for us.
