The Pullman Dortmund is one of the first-class category hotels with modern conference rooms opposite the Westfalenhalle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is then, not surprising that they demand “first class” from craftsmen and technical services \u2013 from the concept, through design and execution of the final product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Challenge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests booking a room expect an undisturbed stay and no annoying construction noise. A quiet, dependable performance was therefore, the basic requirement for contracting the Hetzel + Sponheuer GmbH & Co. KG. Under these conditions, we were responsible for the refurbishment of the hotel rooms, including design and re-coating of surfaces of all kinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From guest’s rooms to public areas, completely remodeled – exactly according to the plans of the interior designer. For this ambitious “update action,” our experienced and knowledgeable team were ready with high-quality filling techniques in various designs and color schemes, and tailor-made various coatings and finishes of components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particular highlights were the elevator landing, the bar, the restaurant, the reception area and, of course, the newly designed suites. The entire spa and conference center were also freshly painted. A detailed operational and project planning made it possible to remodel space for space without disturbing the ongoing hotel operation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gradually a modern, friendly ambience emerged that is appropriate for a first class hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n
