We know what matters in the restructuring, the new construction and\/or expansion of shopping centers and malls and can support our customers effectively. Often we are already on site and even know the technical and physical infrastructure as well as key persons. This can be of great benefit and facilitate the project significantly. With our sophisticated logistics system, we can often ensure a timely “rollout” of the same high quality simultaneously in different places. The production of store concepts is done through partners, we support and calculate so that compliance is ensured in the budget. This also applies to material supplies, which are sometimes purchased separately by the client. If our client wishes, we are pleased to offer the acquisition of planning or partial planning services. The coordination of other “third-party systems” can be made competent by our project team. We support our clients on request from the beginning in order to structure the process route for the award of contracts together and to standardize the tendering and commissioning of these projects.
