Shop renewal with fashion sales as usual

WE fashion nationwide

The fashion company, “WE fashion” originated in the Netherlands and now operates over 200 stores throughout Europe. Since 1992, the fashions of WE fashion have been available in major German cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Kassel and Cologne .

A clear, consistent store brand concept assures repeat recognition and unique character.

The Challenge

In the retail sector, it is often desired that a store is to be rebuilt and/or redecorated without interfering with on-going retail sales. The period between the first briefing and completion of the project is usually extremely short, so that a detailed and reliable project planning is essential.
But mostly it comes to cleanliness and order on the site, so the pleasant shopping experience of customers is not disturbed by noise, dust and dirt.

The Solution

The work for this store project was carried out in multi-shift operations so that unavoidably noisy work was completed after the shop closed and the last customer was at home. Order and cleanliness of the site for the store opening the next morning are for us a matter of course. The client and his customers should experience no “surprises.” A core team that knows the needs of the client and the time frame involved, always keeps in mind, a more efficient construction process and ensures flexibility to respond to unforeseen developments.

Depending on requirements, we assemble appropriate teams with different skills who are familiar with shop conversions. And often, architects or interior designers who help the clients with advice and planning for the site. Because of this expertise, we are often able to expand services of the gu-(general contractor) to day operations that go hand in hand.

The client has the advantage that he has a contact with Hetzel + Sponheuer GmbH & Co. KG for the entire project and thereby a closely integrated tuning between all concerned parties is possible.
